Welcome to The Dairyy at Honeydale

Welcome to The Dairyy at Honeydale, a newly established micro-dairy near Chipping Norton, on the edge of the Cotswolds. My name is Hallam Duckworth and I am a first generation farmer, passionate about animals and keen to supply high quality fresh milk to my local community whilst ensuring a great quality of life for my cows.

The care of the cows, the daily milking, pasteurising and bottling all take place on the farm and much of the product is collected from the farm gate, ensuring that our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum.

The Dairyy forms part of FarmEd. Opened by HRH King Charles, FarmED is a centre for exchanging ideas on the very best methods for sustainable food and farming production.
