Our Story

Followng 

We are a small scale family business with a range of livestock experience but our love for cows led us, in 2021, to set up our micro-dairy.   The name for the business was inspired by our family home  - an 18th century farmhouse which originally had a dairy and a carving  - DAIRYY - on a stone lintel above one of the windows.

During our first two years we produced  milk which customers collected from the farm.  From this we moved into ice cream in 2022.
